High Quality Beef
Our cows are raised on pasture and rotated regularly to ensure we’re taking care of them and the land. They’re never fed with GMOs or growth hormones, given antibiotics, or grazed on artificial pesticides. They graze and roam with big smiles! In turn, this creates the highest quality, nutrition packed beef for you to enjoy.
Wildflower Honey
Our apiary consists of langstroth and flow hives. The langstroth hives is where we harvest honey and beeswax. The flow hive we harvest honey directly at the hive. All of our equipment is food grade and we use a stainless extractor, once the honey is extracted, we filter it twice before bottling.

Like the rest of our livestock we treat naturally first, we use wax moth traps, peppermints and swiffer dusting cloth pieces to combat hive beetles. We occasionally use apivar in early spring or late fall if we see any mites, we do not use it when our supers are on and give them about 2 months between treatment and supers. Honey is natural and sweet, but did you its packed full of vitamins and minerals? The health benefits include antioxidant, anti inflammatory, anti bacterial, anti diabetic, respiratory, gastrointestinal, cardiovascular and nervous system just to name a few.

Fibers
In the spring as the temperature rises the yaks will begin to release their fiber and around that same time our babydolls are ready to be sheared. We will run the yaks into the chute to comb them out, we debride both fiber and wool. Depending on my time I will debride, clean, and begin to card it, either way we send it to a mill to be processed. Yak fiber and Babydoll sheep wool are considered as soft as cashmere.
